Alice and I were childhood neighbors, and we remained friends throughout our entire lives. I have so many wonderful memories of our friendship! After I moved to Texas, my visiting time in Rockford was primarily spent with Alice. The horrific accident changed her life forever. She fought the good fight, and now her reward is with the Lord. I will miss her!

  4. Patricia Graf

Alice and I were "best friends" from the tender age of 3 until her recent passing. I live in Tulsa, OK and am saddened that I won't be able to attend her funeral. I am happy that my husband (Bob) and I were fortunate enough to visit with her and Mike twice in the past few years. I last talked with her on the phone on 12/22 and am so glad I have those very recent memories of her. I moved from Rockford when we were both 7, and it is amazing that we kept in touch all these years, and I will always treasure our friendship. (Judy S. and Mary Ellen, I am trying to get in touch with you, my phone # is 918-742-4591). RIP, dear Alice, I will never forget you!
