Raymond "Pops" Kingren, 73, of Sycamore, died on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in Kishwaukee Hospital, DeKalb. He was born September 17, 1943 in Oak Park to Arthur and Evelyn (Balle) Kingren. On June 27, 1964, he married Merilee Harlow in DeKalb . Ray liked to fish, garden and watch sports, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Merilee; children, Tim (Kari) Kingren, Todd Kingren and Scott (Jenny) Kingren; grandchildren, Katy, Brittany, Zach, Allisyn , Dillon, Charlie, Josie, Sean and Brad; sister, Carole Lichty and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents.
A visitation will be held from 4- 6 PM on Monday, September 18, 2017 at Olson Funeral & Cremation Services, Quiram Sycamore Chapel, 1245 Somonauk St., Sycamore, IL with a memorial service to follow beginning at 6 PM.
Memorials in lieu of flowers to St. Jude Childrens' Hospital.
